Last week, the Board of Education held the final meeting of the 2024–2025 school year. What better way to wrap up the year than by honoring some of our outstanding students and parents!
Nineteen student athletes from Herricks High School were joined by their families as they made their postsecondary plans official at the school’s annual College Commitment Day on June 4.

Herricks Middle School 8th grade students visited Searingtown and Center Street Elementary School to share their experiences in the French Program with our 5th grade students. During their presentation they discussed what they've learned, class expectations, why they love learning French, and answered any questions the students had about Middle School. They even brought their class mascot and played trivia on Blooket to learn more about France! It was a great way to assist our 5th graders in deciding which language they would like to study when they enter middle school!
