Seniors in the Herricks High School English Scholars Program organized a writing conference for the youngest members of our district's innovative ELA offering, named a Program of Excellence by the New York State English Council.

Seniors conducted readings of their own work and facilitated workshops designed to offer their expertise while inspiring our 8th grader writers in ESP.  At the end of the day, 8th graders performed some original work that they created throughout the day.
