On April 2, the Herricks Middle School Mathletes competed in the 2025 North Shore Math Tournament.

Team members Brian Chan, Eliana Chu, Alan Ji, Gavin Jiang and Hanshal Kumar proudly brought home the first-place team trophy, as well as the STEM Challenge Champions prize.

Alan Ji and Gavin Jiang placed 1st and 2nd, respectively, in the individual competition, with Alan also winning a medal for 1st place in the tiebreaker round.
