On Nov. 15 and 16, the Herricks Theater production of “Peter and the Starcatcher” delighted audiences with three enormously entertaining sold-out performances at Herricks High School.

Audiences were captivated by the remarkable talent displayed on stage and enjoyed every minute of this wild and whimsical tale that’s based on the backstory of Peter Pan and his nemesis Captain Hook. The cast were enchanting as they managed their roles with energy, enthusiasm and skill, combining flawless comedic timing and heartwarming charm that made for a delightful theater experience for all ages.

On-stage and backstage, the crew perfected like a well-oiled machine, setting the fantastical scene with smooth set changes and spectacular sound and lights that helped set the mood and immerse the audience in the magical fantasy set on a deserted island.

The district is proud to congratulate the Herricks Theater Department on this amazing production and for setting a new Herricks record, selling out all three shows in advance!
