Congratulations to Herricks High School AP Photo students David Noh and Connor Chang on being selected for the 2024 Drexel University High School Photography Contest Exhibition!

Below is what Ms. Zebrowski, AP Photo teacher, had to say about their outstanding work:

"David Noh’s piece, 'Reflective Nature,' is a stunning landscape photograph that explores humanity’s relationship with the purity of nature. I love how David captured nature's simple beauty and chose black and white to emphasize the raw essence of the scene.

Connor Chang’s 'A Glimpse into a Cultural Sanctuary' is a powerful, dynamic image that captures the emotional bond between two figures, even as they face in opposite directions. Connor has a remarkable ability to 'find' the perfect shot and capture those fleeting, special moments. This contest is highly competitive, and I couldn’t be prouder of their accomplishments!"

David and Connor's work will be on display at the photography gallery in Philadelphia from Feb. 15 through Mar. 8.

The opening reception will take place on Feb. 15 where the six winners will be officially announced.
