Denton Avenue's Human Relations Club is spreading some kindness to kick off the giving season.

Students heard about the devastation in North Carolina after Hurricane Helene and wanted to share some positive messages and kind words to students and teachers after hearing how their schools were affected and shut down.

Thanks to the efforts of the entire Denton community, we sent over 200 cards with messages of hope and positivity to the students at Henderson County Public School District in North Carolina. Our care package also included an Amazon gift cards to help them get supplies they need to get back to learning.

We are so proud of our Human Relations Club members for always focusing what they can do to make the world a kinder place.
