Student Registration

Registration for grades PS3, PS4, UPK, K-12 has moved to an online application.

Registration information for 26-27 UPK and Kindergarten coming soon!

To register a student for the 25-26 school year:

 

Once you submit your application online, you will need to call Pat Lewis, the District Registrar, at 516-305-8987 to make an appointment to finalize the registration process.

Please bring to the appointment:

  • Photo ID
  • Original notarized “Parent Statement of Residency Affidavit” (print from packet above)
  • Original birth certificate.

Hours of registration are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

To translate the Student Registration Packet file:

  • First, download the file from the link above and save the file to a location on your computer.
  • Access the Google Translate a Document tool.
  • Choose the language to translate from and to.
  • Click 'Choose File' to select the file you downloaded to your computer and then click the blue 'Translate' button.
  • You will get a pop-up with the PDF file translated.
