Student Registration
Registration for grades PS3, PS4, UPK, K-12 has moved to an online application.
Currently, our UPK registration for the 25-26 school year is closed. Registration information for 26-27 UPK will be available in December.
To register a student for the 25-26 school year:

Please bring to the appointment:
- Photo ID
- Original notarized “Parent Statement of Residency Affidavit” (print from packet above)
- Original birth certificate.
Once you submit your application online, you will need to call Pat Lewis, the District Registrar, at 516-305-8987 to make an appointment to finalize the registration process.
Hours of registration are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

To translate the Student Registration Packet file:
- First, download the file from the link above and save the file to a location on your computer.
- Access the Google Translate a Document tool.
- Choose the language to translate from and to.
- Click 'Choose File' to select the file you downloaded to your computer and then click the blue 'Translate' button.
- You will get a pop-up with the PDF file translated.
