2025-2026 Registration Information
Grades 1-12
At this time, registration for grades 1-12 has moved to an online application. To access the application, please click the button here. Once you submit your application online, you will need to call Pat Lewis, the District Registrar, at 516-305-8987 to make an appointment to finalize the registration process. Please bring to the appointment a photo ID, the original notarized “Parent Statement of Residency Affidavit,” and the original birth certificate. Hours of registration are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

To translate the Student Registration Packet file:
- First, download the file from the link above and save the file to a location on your computer.
- Access the Google Translate a Document tool.
- Choose the language to translate from and to.
- Click 'Choose File' to select the file you downloaded to your computer and then click the blue 'Translate' button.
- You will get a pop-up with the PDF file translated.
