C         Standard Work Day and Reporting for Elected and Appointed Officials

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Herricks Union Free School District hereby establishes the following as standard work days for elected and appointed officials and will report the following days worked to the New York State and Local Employees’ Retirement System based on the record of activities maintained and submitted by these officials to the clerk of this body:

Treasurer- Mary Stein

Assistant District Clerk & Deputy Treasurer – Lydia Pettinato

Standard Work Day – 7.25 hours per day September through June and 6 hours per day July and August

Term – July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017

Attendance will be maintained in Employer’s Time-Keeping System

Note: Regulation 315.4 outlines additional reporting requirements for appointed officials of the district. Each year the Treasurer will be appointed at the Reorganization meeting and the work day will be set. This sets the work days reported to the Retirement System.
