The Herricks Community Fund, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization whose roots began in 1986. At that time, it was called the Herricks Community Center Fund, Inc. dedicated to supporting the programs and building improvements in the Community Center. In 1996, the Fund was approached by the Superintendent. of the Schools and the Board of Education to extend its scope an include raising monies for educational programs and special school projects. We accepted the challenge, amended our bylaws, changed out name, and have never looked back.
