Herricks Public schools is rolling out Remind district-wide! If you're not already familiar with Remind, it's a classroom messaging tool that helps you engage students and parents every day.
As part of this rollout, official accounts will be created for all the educators, parents, and students at the Middle and High School (13 or older). On August 31st you'll receive an email from Remind. (If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.) Follow the steps in the email to set up your account on Remind. If you already have an account, you'll be prompted to merge it so you can keep all of your information in one place.
Note that this is an additional tool a teacher can use to communicate with parents (the use of Remind is not required). Staff members may continue to use their Herricks email or the Infinite Campus messenger system. The district will continue to use Blackboard Connect as our primary mass notifications service.
