Physical Education & Health

The Herricks High School health and physical education program emphasizes total health, well-being and lifetime activities.  The primary goal of the department is to facilitate the development of students so they may reach their full potential.  The physical education and health education programs provide students with opportunities to achieve the skills, knowledge and attitudes that will attain an optimal quality of life and well-being.
