This year the Herricks Music Department is once again implementing an online communication system called CHARMS. By using this system, you and your child will be able to easily communicate with your music teacher and keep track of student practice, handouts, rehearsal schedules, concert information and other important documents.
In an effort to reduce our usage of paper to distribute information, we will be using email. Please know that ALL pertinent information will be sent to you via this method. Parents must register on Charmsoffice.com (directions in file below) in order to receive all communications. Please be sure that this email address or addresses that you submit are checked daily. You may also include multiple email addresses of babysitters or other adults who are caretakers.
