    2. Are certain areas more densely populated than others and why? What geographic features correspond to population clustering?
    3. Is your country an MDC or LDC?
    4. What climate zone is your country in? and what is its absolute location?
    5. Include a map – extra credit if it can reflect climate and/or agricultural types
    6. What percentage of your workforce currently works in agriculture (also known as primary economic activities)?
    7. What is the ratio of women to men working in agriculture? are there children?
    8. What, if any, is the presence of hunters and gatherers in your country? What do they hunt? What do they gather?
    9. There will be some subsistence agriculture – what types are there? (at least one)
    10. There will be some commercial agriculture – what types are there? (at least one)
    11. Does the agriculture of your country focus more on subsistence or commercial agriculture?

    3. What role does technology play in this form of farming?
    4. What role does the government play in encouraging or discouraging this form of farming?
    5. Does this form of farming involve food processing plants and agribusiness? How does this apply to the seeds involved?
    6. Is there any controversy around this form of farming? If so – what is it? (it may involve GMOs? Or global corporations)
    7. Is commercial farming seen as impacting climate change? Or being impacted by it?
    1. Do people in your country tend to eat locally grown or far-travelled foods? Provide examples
    2. What is the presence of agribusiness in your country? (list the companies and their countries of origin)
    3. How has the Green Revolution impacted your country? Is there any controversy over this?
    4. How well does Van Thunen’s model of land use apply in your country? (you will have to figure this out)
    5. Summary: How effective have modern food systems been in your country? What do you predict for the future of the food supply chain?
