    The Herricks Community Fund, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization whose roots began in 1986. At that time, it was called the Herricks Community Center Fund, Inc. dedicated to supporting the programs and building improvements in the Community Center. In 1996, the Fund was approached by the Superintendent. of the Schools and the Board of Education to extend its scope an include raising monies for educational programs and special school projects. We accepted the challenge, amended our bylaws, changed out name, and have never looked back.

    The Herricks Community Fund, Inc. is committed to enriching the Herricks community and its school district.  The Fund is dedicated to providing financial support for programs, projects, and educational enrichment to enhance the quality of life for people of all ages in Herricks.  We will strive to raise funds and distribute our resources to maximize the intellectual, social, emotional and physical development to those who reside in our community. The Herricks Community Fund has donated over $700,000 in the last 20 years to worthwhile causes.
