Teaching Tolerance
Today I went to a conference on Prejudice Reduction. I learned about some very exciting projects going on in Nassau County, on Long Island, and in the United States. I also learned about many instances of prejudice and racism right here on Long Island. One site that helps stop racism is called tolerance.org. Look at the link and play some games.
